Hi, I'm Ronald M. Dismuke, The founder of Options Holic and TradeFitness Options, a nonprofit mentoring organization, alongside my supportive wife of 20 years, co-founder Essie L. Dismuke. Trading stocks and options have become my passion after retiring early from law enforcement and enjoying the career of a real estate investor. Since 2019, I've been trading stocks and options and wanted to share my journey with others. I believe that trading is not just about numbers and charts, but also about taking care of your body and mind. I loss 138 lbs while trading.
