At Zipurban Investments, I buy raw land, specifically farm land, within 10 miles of future developments like Walmart, shopping centers, etc. I hold onto the land for at least one year after development is complete before selling for profit. This strategy maximizes capital appreciation and provides long term capital gain tax advantages. I usually work independently, but I am also open to teaming up with investment groups with large projects to diversify our portfolios and achieve substantial returns.
